Ruched Leggings for Baby

30 Pants in 30 Days

Pant Project #14 and #15

To see #13 , click here.

Baby gets 3 pairs of leggings too.

These are just some simple white capri length ones, from an old white T-shirt.

Then here is my personal favorite for the baby, ruched leggings.

I used a small piece of elastic on the inside to gather the bottom of the legs.

They add a little bit of character to a simple pair of leggings.

Here are some pictures to help illustrate how I did that. I sewed the elastic on both sides of each leg. I stretched the elastic as I sewed the best I could. I think it would be easier to do it perhaps before you sew up the inside leg seam. I'll try that next time.

That wraps up the leggings for my pant project.

Is anybody (besides me) getting worried I might not make the deadline at the end of the month?

It seems these days if I'm not holding her, all she does is this . . .

Teething. Enough said.

Oh how I yearn for some time in my happy room.
